
Hire the Hall
The Hall is available to hire, both for one-off events and for regular groups to meet. There are various options and discounts are available for regular hirers.
Hall Capacity and Pricing
The Hall has a maximum capacity of 150 (Audience seating), 80 if seated at tables.
All above to include bar staff, caterers, band, disco, any security and helpers.
Regular Hirers to receive a discount for one or more bookings per month, main hall only.
Hall Fees: Residents (you must live in the Parish of Welney)
Sunday to Friday - £12 per hour
Sunday to Friday (including Changing Rooms) - £145
Sunday to Friday (main hall only) -£110
Saturday - £15 per hour
Saturday (including Changing Rooms) - £190
Saturday (main hall only) - £155
Main Hall Fees: NON- Residents
£15 per hour

An all day hire is for 12 hours only, anything over that will be charged by the hourly rate.
Children's Birthday Parties (under 13 years of age):
All days - £50.00 for a four-hour hiring.
THE MINIMUM HIRE PERIOD IS TWO HOURS.
50% deposit when booking. Provisional bookings held for 7 days.
An Additional Refundable Security Deposit of £100 is required for all events.
The length of time that the Hall is required for will need to include time for you to set up the Hall, and to clear down after your event.
